About Us

BARBELLA CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, LLC (BCS), is a full-service general construction and environmental remediation company dedicated to providing safe contracting services and new innovative solutions to problem situations involving contaminated sites. BCS was founded to perform general and heavy civil construction services on contaminated sites.  We specialize in landfill remediation and closures/capping and new landfill cell construction; recovery and treatment of contaminated groundwater; subsurface remediation; installation of recovery trenches and slurry walls and specialty environmental remediation work.  In performing the above, we use our expertise in groundwater control and dewatering, sheeting and shoring, excavation techniques and subsurface and utility construction.  Our firm is staffed by a composite of engineers, environmental specialists, and field operations personnel, whose education and experience qualifies them to develop and implement cost-effective, comprehensive solutions to a myriad of environmental projects.

BCS operational personnel have completed Certified OSHA training courses in basic safety practices, toxicology and personal protective equipment knowledge and use.  All personnel participate in a regular program of medical surveillance.

A wide range of construction and technical abilities have been acquired for performance in the construction dewatering field, general and heavy construction and environmental remediation, which also includes engineering, construction management, site investigation and design services allowing BCS the ability to provide practical, economic and cost-effective solutions to groundwater related and environmental remediation and landfill projects.
